PRIVATE yoga


Private Yoga sessions are ideal for those with individual needs and goals, who want to do yoga in their own time or have a history of injury and would like more attention.  Sessions can be arranged in your home, office or other suitable space.  Alternatively, you can come into our studio with authentic tatami mats to receive the full experience.
