PRIVATE yoga


Private Yoga sessions are ideal for those with individual needs and goals, who want to do yoga in their own time or have a history of injury and would like more attention.  We can cater for different styles and abilities from Yin and Restorative Yoga through to Japanese Yoga and Vinyasa style classes too!

We can come to your home, office, studio or venue of your choice (there may be travel costs/surchages involved depending on location).  Alternatively, you can come into our studio with authentic tatami mats to receive the full experience. 

Your sessions can involve aspects of massage, assisted stretching and other bodywork modalities as well if it is desired to make your session a truly unique experience!
