Dominic helped me lose 25kg in just four months.  More importantly, his patience, encouragement and professionalism has helped me take charge of my own health.  It's been hard work but I am now so much stronger than than before plus my back is feeling so much better.
-Eddie

Dom, your attentiveness, your keen eye for checking our posture, our breathing and our exercise regimes plus your genuine interest in our wellbeing meant that you will always be remembered there.

I used to get massages twice a week when I was working for a big company.  But they were nothing like Dominic's.  His bodywork is focussed, deep and powerful.  I can feel my body let go and regain mobility I thought I had lost years ago.

I am so grateful for what Dominic was able to do for Mum.  She has had difficulty with her breathing and she gets short of breath simply walking from one room to the next.  We have seen many experts including visits to the hospital.  None of them could help but within five minutes Dominic had mum settled down and relaxed.  He has such a calm, gentle manner and a clear understanding that even I felt like I was being drawn into a meditation just observing him at work.  Mum was so relaxed that within fifteen minutes that she managed to close her eyes and really rest.  I haven't seen her that peaceful for a long time.  It was amazing to watch.

Brilliant man.  I practiced your lesson tonight and my hamstring has relaxed.  I thought I would be stopping martial arts forever.  But now I think I have a chance.  Thanks.
-Rosemary

Thanks for the classes.  Most enjoyable and informative.  Really valuable to get the practical as well as the theory.  Keep up the good work.
-Rory

Thanks Dom.  The opening of the space around the pelvis really helped with my martial arts training this morning.

During your sessions I've thought of the relevance and benefits of your work with individuals/groups, for want of a better term, with a "defeated by life" perspective, whether due to a serious trauma, a sense of low self-worth, depression, or because of everyday stressors that any of us can and do experience.  The point that our inner way of being manifests in our bodies is one I subscribe to. From my limited body of knowledge, aside from disease, body posture/pain, are common manifestations of the inward state's reflection on the body.
Dominic, I regard your work as almost a form of body meditation....opening space, and in doing so bringing awareness of the more subtle body sensations toward greater knowledge of myself.  Your somatic work is as relevant in healing as other forms, each building new brain synapses, and as such change.  It seems to me there is great scope for it in the holistic/wellbeing industry.  For instance, I've heard of somatic and sensorimotor work being effective with PTSD and vets.
