Love your yoga and don't want to stop during pregnancy?  Want to take up yoga to help make pregnancy easier?

Yoga is so widely recommended for pregnancy that you may be forgiven for thinking that any yoga will do.  However, we do recommend you attend a special Pregnancy Yoga class where you will only learn the specific and safe yoga poses and practices that will enhance your pregnancy.  You will also get an opportunity to meet other expectant mothers and be able to form a support network and share your experiences.

Pregnancy Yoga helps you to navigate and experience the joys of Motherhood in a happier and healthier way.

It gives you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

It also provides precious time for you to bond with your growing baby and learn more about your own changing body on this journey towards Motherhood.

Your teacher is not just a Yoga Teacher but also a Yoga Therapist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist with additional training in Exercise for Pregnancy, Pre/Post Natal Yoga as well as Fertility Yoga to make sure you get the most out of your Pregnancy Yoga classes.






YOGA FOR FERTILITY


Yoga can be used to support women on their journey to conceiving a baby.  The goal of these sessions is to cultivate calm, balance and restore you to your natural strength because life attracts life.


It’s also appropriate for any woman who would like to use yoga and meditation to help boost their own health and wellbeing, by learning to honour her menstrual cycle and engage these practical tools to prepare for conception.
