Classes run in ten week blocks
Ages 12+.
All levels welcome.

The teenage years are a transition period as we develop from children to young adults.
These in between years are a growth period. 
Where one discovers oneself and learns to interact with the world around us.

Young adultss need to learn how to breathe more fully and find their own natural and balanced postures which will help develop:
  • self awareness
  • self confidence
  • body awareness
  • improved concentration
  • greater energy levels
  • more stable moods and emotions
  • better breathing and movement patterns for sports and life


More importantly, the young adults in your life will feel happier and healthier and be more pleasant to be around!
