MEN's YOGA



"Be strong on the mat so you can be strong off the mat!"

Just one yoga class a week can improve your flexibility and joint health, as well as help you to manage your stress.

Yoga was traditionally a male practice but now classes are dominated by women, which can be offputting for some men. 
In talking with other male teachers and practitioners, it occurred to me that some men would rather practice yoga with a male teacher and only with other men around. 

So the idea of a men's only yoga class was born. 

The classes are focussed on men's health issues and target those areas of the body, mind and soul that matter most to men. 

You will rediscover your inner strength, suppleness and self awareness in the safe space of these guided classes.
